Process Performance specialises in Information Technology Planning. We are a boutique firm able to successfully deliver small to large projects.

With our service come along essential ingredients such as special personal attention and management of the details whilst also considering the big picture. The team has more than 30 years of experience in improving business outcomes and we can provide our clients with a blend of theoretical and practical business and IT knowledge. As we constantly research current issues in IT management  we are able to identify critical needs of small to medium sized business and provide them with appropriate, cost-effective IT solutions.


What We Do

Process Performance has supported the growth of companies from city-based operations to nationally and internationally based businesses by providing process improvement strategies. We have experience within facilities management, wholesale and retail industries, pharmaceuticals, pest control, mining and IT industries. Our expertise spans industry divides and is none industry specific.
